Barbara lago

Barbara Lago was born in a small town in the north of Spain. Since 2015, she has been based in A Coruña, where she began her musical journey as a DJ. Her interest in electronic music started at the age of 16 when she began attending events. By the age of 22, she decided to take it a step further, investing in her first DJ equipment to fully explore her passion. Just a year later, she started performing in local clubs.

In 2016, after several appearances at Wake Up Electronic Parties, she established herself as a resident DJ at El Pelícano. This role brought her significant visibility, leading to performances at clubs and events across Spain and Portugal. She played at renowned venues and festivals like Dreambeach, Florida 135, City Hall, Family Club, Lab, Rebels, and El Row Town Madrid. Along the way, she shared the stage with renowned artists such as Amelie Lens, Oscar Mulero, Paco Osuna, I Hate Models, and Fjaak.

Although Bárbara’s name has always been closely linked to techno, her style has evolved significantly over the years. From melodic sounds in her early days to acid techno, and later to colder, industrial textures, her music now spans genres like hard techno and trance. Her sets are characterized by their high energy, blending hard-hitting sounds with rave-inspired elements.

Currently, Bárbara Lago is focusing on developing her career as a producer. She recently collaborated on the album StandwithUkraine with the Berlin-based label Innergate, contributing her track World in Chaos to the compilation.
